How do I buy Credits?

Go to My Credit > Buy Credits Now!, choose the pack that suits you, and follow the steps to pay.

What is Auto-Reload?

Auto-Reload tops up your Credits automatically, so you don't run out mid-story. It can reload when your balance runs low, or on a day you choose each month. You can pause, change or cancel it anytime in My Credit > Auto-Reload Credits.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases can be refunded within 7 days of payment, as long as none of the Credits in that pack have been used. Auto-Reload purchases can't be refunded.

If your purchase qualifies, you'll see a refund option on it in My Credit and can request it there. If you don't see one, email us at support@toonshow.com and we'll take a look.
