How do I sign in?

You can sign in with your Google or Apple account. There's no separate password to create or remember.

What is the minimum age to use ToonShow?

You need to be 13 or older to use ToonShow. We'll ask for your date of birth when you sign up. If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before signing up, and ask them to read our Terms of Service with you.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion in MY > Settings > My Information > Delete Account.

This records your request; your account stays open until our team acts on it. You can't cancel the request from inside the app, and you won't be able to sign up again with the same account for 7 days. What happens to any remaining Credits and your story history is not settled yet, so please don't assume either way — email us at support@toonshow.com if you need to know before you decide.
